Our technicians ran pre-mold testing to determine mold growth. Although we couldn’t see visible mold, there is a high chance of gradual mold growth. The moisture source was a result of beach proximity and wet conditions due to spills. We had to use mold removal equipment and goods.

The flooding was due to a broken water pipe in the basement. The team had to evaluate the damage, locate the broken pipe and then repair it.
