The origin of damage was rainwater. The affected areas included the dining area, living room, and kitchen. The materials that were affected were in the dining and living rooms. The carpet flooring was damaged and could not be salvaged. Since the home was constructed from the’78, we recommended the homeowner to conduct an asbestos test.
