Our technicians ran pre-mold testing to determine mold growth. Although we couldn’t see visible mold, there is a high chance of gradual mold growth. The moisture source was a result of beach proximity and wet conditions due to spills. We had to use mold removal equipment and goods.

The origin of damage was rainwater. The affected areas included the dining area, living room, and kitchen. The materials that were affected were in the dining and living rooms. The carpet flooring was damaged and could not be salvaged. Since the home was constructed from the’78, we recommended the homeowner to conduct an asbestos test.

The flooding was due to a broken water pipe in the basement. The team had to evaluate the damage, locate the broken pipe and then repair it. Water removal, clean up and sanitizing the flooded area followed. Since the water had damaged the living room drywall, we needed to substitute it to get the job
